Video chat surcharge

If you opted for a Zoom meeting, please add a $10 surcharge per session. (Because it requires more prep, putting on pants, &c. Thanks for understanding!)

Cancellation/refund policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please get in touch as soon as possible! I am happy to fully refund your payment or reschedule without penalty (whichever you prefer) if you notify me at least 12 hours ahead of your appointment. Cancellations/rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
